INGREDIENTS: Sugar, citric acid (provides tartness), natural lemon flavor, sodium citrate (controls acidity), dried egg whites, tricalcium phosphate (prevents caking), and BHA (prolongs freshness). CONTAINS Egg.

DIRECTIONS: Put 1 jigger (1.5 oz.) of whisky and 1 jigger of cold water in a shaker. Pour in the contents of 1 envelope of Bar-Tender’s Instant Whisky Sour Mix. Add ice, shake to chill, strain and serve in a sour glass. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and an orange slice.
